Jacobs Technology Construction/Test Safety Manager: Logistics
and Quality Assurance
Accountable for safety operations in
the Field Test Support Division that includes supervisory, training and
inspections.
Conducting internal safety audits and
report findings to corporate Headquarters’ for approval. Act as the competent
person for fall protection, confined space, and equipment training, and
provide over site of daily operations on multiple job sites. Track and
maintain logistical supplies, including maintaining a PPE supply cage,
equipment/tool crib and specialty equipment required for testing.
Established various employee safety
committees and Safety advisory action teams. Responsible for reviewing all
safety related violations and make recommendations for retraining or
disciplinary actions. Insure day to day safety compliance for personal
involved in field testing and construction. Travel to remote sites to perform

cycles with zero loss due to academic failure. Commanded soldiers at the
Squad and Platoon level, Worked as Battalion Ammunition NCO, Company Training
